Hoof Grip Pro Club Rules

1. Eligibility:The program is open to all individuals who purchase a complete and unopened case of Hoof Grip Pro. 

2. Program Duration: The sales reward program will run for [specified duration, e.g., quarterly, annually].

3. Qualifying Criteria:Participants must purchase a case manufactured after XXXXXX. Participants must enter their information and each 6 digit proof of purchase at HoofTite.com/rewardsclub immediately after purchase. 

4. Rewards:​ Participants will qualify for different rewards based on the quantity of cases purchased ONLY if they are entered on the contest form.

5. Rewards and Prizes:Rewards may include cash bonuses, gift cards, travel vouchers, merchandise, or other incentives.

6. Performance Tracking:

  • Purchases will be tracked using the information entered by the customer and cross checked with UPC codes.

  • Participants must ensure accurate documentation and reporting of their purchases.

7. Program Administration:

  • The HGP Club Program will be administered by the management team at Chem Select, Inc. 

  • All decisions regarding participant eligibility, rewards, and disputes will be made by the program administrators.

8. Disqualification:

  • Participants engaging in unethical behavior, fraud, or misconduct related to purchase reporting will be disqualified from the program.

  • Any attempt to manipulate data or misrepresent purchase activities will result in immediate disqualification.

9. Program Modifications:

  • The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sales reward program at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or business needs.

  • Participants will be notified of any changes to the program rules or structure in a timely manner.

10. Compliance and Legalities:

  • All participants must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the duration of the program.

  • The company will not be liable for any tax implications or legal consequences arising from rewards received by participants.
