Distributor Return Policy
Chem Select, Inc. does not typically accept returns of properly shipped, non-defective product. All sales to distributors are considered final unless a return is specifically authorized by Chem Select, Inc.
Products are not returnable simply because they are no longer wanted or needed, were ordered in error, or did not sell as anticipated. This includes slow-moving inventory, overstock, excess inventory, changes in customer demand, or changes in a distributor's inventory needs.
Any request to return non-defective product must be made within 30 days of the original shipping date. Requests made more than 30 days after the shipping date will not be considered.
Submitting a return request within 30 days does not guarantee that the return will be accepted. All returns are subject to prior review and written authorization by Chem Select, Inc. on a case-by-case basis.
Return Authorization
No product may be returned without prior written authorization from Chem Select, Inc.
To request a Return Authorization (RA), contact admin@chemselect.com within 30 days of the original shipping date and provide the invoice number, product information, quantity, and reason for the return request.
Products returned without an approved Return Authorization may be refused and will not be eligible for credit.
Authorization of a return in one instance does not create an obligation to accept similar returns in the future.
Requirements for an Authorized Return
If Chem Select approves a return request, the returned product must:

Be unopened and unused

Be in its original packaging

Be in resalable condition

Have been properly stored and handled

Have an approved Return Authorization (RA)
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the distributor is responsible for all costs associated with an authorized return, including return shipping, freight, customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
No product should be shipped back to Chem Select until written return authorization and return instructions have been provided.
Non-Returnable Products
The following are not eligible for return:

Products for which a return request is made more than 30 days after the original shipping date

Opened or used products

Slow-moving or unsold inventory

Overstock or excess inventory

Products that are no longer wanted or needed

Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

Clearance or discontinued products

Special-order or custom products, unless otherwise approved in writing by Chem Select
Product Shelf Life
Product shelf life is separate from Chem Select's return policy and does not extend the 30-day return-request period.
The shelf life stated on a Chem Select product identifies the period during which the product is intended to maintain its specified quality when stored according to the applicable storage instructions. It does not represent a return, refund, replacement, or buyback period.
A product that remains within its stated shelf life is not eligible for return solely because it is still within that shelf life.
