Distributor Return Policy

At Chem Select, Inc., we are committed to manufacturing high-quality professional hoof care products and supporting the success of our authorized distributors. We stand behind the quality of our products and strive to resolve product concerns promptly and fairly.

This policy applies to purchases made directly from Chem Select, Inc. by authorized distributors.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization from Chem Select, Inc. before any product is returned.

To request a Return Authorization (RA), please contact us at admin@chemselect.com with your invoice number, product information, and the reason for the return request.

Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Eligible Returns

Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of the shipping date, subject to approval by Chem Select, Inc.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unopened and unused

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be in resalable condition

  • Be within the product's stated shelf life

  • Have an approved Return Authorization (RA)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the distributor unless the return is the result of a shipping error or product defect confirmed by Chem Select, Inc.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned more than 30 days after the shipping date

  • Products that have exceeded their stated shelf life

  • Products that have been improperly stored, frozen, overheated, contaminated, or otherwise damaged after delivery

  • Slow-moving inventory

  • Overstock inventory

  • Clearance, discontinued, or special-order products unless otherwise approved by Chem Select, Inc.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.

Any shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect shipments must be reported to Chem Select, Inc. within 5 business days of delivery.

When reporting a claim, please include:

  • Invoice number

  • Product name(s)

  • Photographs of the shipment and packaging (when applicable)

  • A description of the issue

Failure to report shipping-related issues within this timeframe may affect our ability to process the claim.

Product Quality Claims

If you believe a Chem Select product is defective or has not performed as expected, please notify us as soon as possible.

To assist with our evaluation, we may request:

  • Product name

  • Lot number

  • Date of purchase

  • Application details

  • Photographs

  • Return of the product for inspection or testing

Chem Select, Inc. reserves the right to inspect and evaluate all products submitted for quality claims before determining the appropriate resolution.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Chem Select may, at its sole discretion, provide replacement product or issue a credit.

Product Storage & Shelf Life

Chem Select adhesives are professional-use products with a one-year shelf life when stored according to the instructions provided on the product label.

Products that have exceeded their shelf life or have been exposed to improper storage conditions—including excessive heat, freezing temperatures, moisture, or contamination—are not eligible for return, replacement, or credit.

End User Purchases

Chem Select products are sold through a network of authorized distributors.

End users seeking assistance with returns, refunds, exchanges, or order-related questions should contact the distributor from whom the product was purchased.

Policy Changes

Chem Select, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Distributor Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
